Step 1: LSR’s
Submitting a LSR – If the specified telephone number(s) to port belongs to NationsLine
and the CSR has been accepted, a LSR must be submitted via email to
LSR Requirements:
1.
The LSR must be complete, legible, and accurate.
2.
The due date on the LSR must request a minimum of 10 (ten) business days from
the day it is submitted.
3.
If the LSR is received after 2 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) the interval will
begin the following business day.
LSR Intervals – The targeted interval for returning a response (either a request for
clarification or issued FOC date) to the LSR is 3 (three) business days. If the LSR is
received after 2 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), the response interval will begin the
following business day. Responses will be emailed at the initiators request on the LSR.
1.
A firm order confirmation (FOC) will be issued if NationsLine determines that the
LSR is error free and contains no discrepancies. A due date will be issued on the
FOC based on NationsLine’s intervals contain in this document (see above).
2.
Clarifications (request for additional/corrected information) are issued if
NationsLine determines that the LSR has errors or discrepancies. Clarified LSR’s
must be revised and re-issued using a new NPAC version and a new desired due
date given based on NationsLine interval guideline (see above). Clarifications
must also be addressed within 30 (thirty) calendar days or the PON (Purchase
Order Number) will be aged off and a new PON must be submitted thereafter.
Supplemental Orders: All requested Telephone Numbers (TNs) must port on the FOC
date, or be issued a supplemental date (supped) within 24 (twenty-four) hours of
scheduled LSR FOC.
Disconnected/Suspended/Denied Telephone Numbers: NationsLine will only allow
port-outs on active Telephone Numbers; the above mentioned are not active numbers.
NPAC Activation of TN’s: The winning CLEC/LEC must build an NPAC subscription
for the TNs porting a minimum of 18 (eighteen) business hours prior to the due date. This
will ensure that you have concurrence to activate the TN’s on the FOC date.
Please Note: NationsLine does not “push” TN’s to the gaining provider. If the
TN’s are not ported on the FOC date NationsLine must receive a supplemental LSR
within 24 (twenty-four) hours otherwise the order will be canceled and a cause code
placed on the TN’s NPAC status.
Checking the status of an LSR – To check the status after 3 (three) business days of
LSR submission, please send an email to portrequest@nationsline.com. A NationsLine
technician will respond within 1 (one) business day of the status request.
